Details

Paul Terry was seventeen when he was accused of the rape and murder of a nine-year old girl. Terry was implicated by sixteen-year-old Keith Jones, who later explained that he did so during a coercive and pressure-filled police interrogation. Terry was released in 2003 after twenty-six years in prison when DNA testing excluded him as well as his codefendant Michael Evans as the perpetrators.
