Jordan Brown

State: Pennsylvania
Background
At age 11 when the crime occurred, Jordan Brown is one of the youngest children in the nation to be charged with murder. He is facing adult charges and the possibility of a sentence of life imprisonment.

And he might be innocent. The State's case appears to be relying on the statements not of 11-year old Jordan Brown, but on his 7 year-old sister, who allegedly said she heard a loud bang. Of course, anyone can get a 7-year-old to say pretty much whatever they want.
