It took over 16 years, but with the assistance of attorneys from the CWCY and Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, Thaddeus Jimenez was finally freed on May 1, 2009. Jimenez is the youngest person in U.S history ever locked up in an adult prison to be exonerated.
